Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your rental start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.

Booking Information

How do I make a booking?

You can book our beach equipment through our online booking system. Simply click the "Book Now" button, select your preferred beach, date, and time slot, and follow the instructions to complete your booking.

How long is each booking?

Each standard booking is for a three-hour time slot. If you'd like to stay longer, you can book multiple consecutive time slots.

Can I modify my booking after it's confirmed?

Yes, you can modify your booking up to 24 hours before your rental start time. Log into your account on our booking system to make changes, or contact us directly.

What is included in a standard booking?

A standard booking includes:

  • Two premium sun loungers
  • Two beach parasols
  • One portable table
  • One gas stove with cooking equipment (pans, cups, spatula, etc.)

Cancellations and Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your rental start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking through your account on our booking system or by contacting us directly.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We monitor weather conditions closely. If we need to cancel your booking due to severe weather (strong winds, heavy rain, or storms), we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund. Light rain or overcast conditions are not considered severe weather, and bookings will proceed as normal.

Can I get a refund if I leave earlier than planned?

No, we do not offer partial refunds if you decide to leave before your booking period ends. However, please let us know if you're leaving early so we can collect our equipment.

Equipment and Services

How does the equipment setup work?

We will set up all equipment at your chosen beach location before your booking time starts. You just need to arrive and enjoy! At the end of your booking period, we'll return to pack everything up.

Can I book extra equipment?

Yes, you can book multiple sets of equipment by making multiple bookings for the same time slot. For example, booking twice will provide you with four sun loungers, four parasols, two tables, and two gas stoves.

Is fuel provided for the gas stove?

Yes, we provide gas canisters with enough fuel for your booking period. Safety instructions will be provided on-site.

Which beaches do you currently service?

We currently provide our services at Paignton Beach. We plan to expand to Meadfoot Beach, Torre Abbey Sands, Goodrington Sands, and Broadsands Beach soon.

What are your operating hours?

We operate from 9am to 6:30pm, seven days a week during the beach season.

Do you provide towels or blankets?

No, we do not provide towels or blankets. Please bring your own for personal use.

Can I reserve a specific spot on the beach?

When making your booking, you can specify your preferred location on the beach. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that specific spots cannot be guaranteed as they depend on beach conditions and availability.

How do I contact you if I have questions during my rental period?
