Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our online booking system.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• We accept payment via the methods indicated on our booking platform.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes.
• Bookings are for three-hour time slots unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to severe weather conditions or other safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Equipment Use

• All equipment remains the property of Coastal Comforts.
• Customers are responsible for treating the equipment with care and respect.
• Customers will be held liable for any damage caused to the equipment due to misuse or negligence.
• Gas stoves should only be operated by adults and in accordance with the safety instructions provided.

Equipment Setup and Collection

• We will set up the equipment at your chosen beach location prior to your booking time.
• We will collect and pack up the equipment after your booking period ends.
• If you wish to leave before your booking period ends, please notify us, but no partial refunds will be provided.

Liability

• Coastal Comforts is not responsible for any personal items left with or near our equipment.
• We are not liable for any injuries sustained while using our equipment, except where such injuries are caused by equipment defects or our negligence.
• Customers use our equipment at their own risk and are advised to follow safety guidelines.
• We recommend that customers have appropriate insurance coverage for their beach activities.

Weather Conditions

• Beach equipment hire is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of severe weather conditions.
• Light rain or overcast conditions are not considered severe weather, and bookings will proceed as normal.
• In case of unexpected severe weather during your booking, please contact us immediately.

Privacy

• We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By making a booking, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
